How to Order
Buying online - 3 easy steps
Step 1
Firstly browse the site for the items you wish to purchase and add these items to you shopping Bag. At any time you may wish to view the items in the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping bag on the top right hand of the screen.
When you have all the items you need click on go to the checkout.
Step 2
Once you are at the checkout add your personal details and postal address where the items are to be sent.
Step 3
Once you have entered your details click the proceed button your shopping bag will then proceed to payment options. You need to select your method of payment and chosen method of delivery.
Your order will then be finalised showing your total charges for selected items and delivery fees.
Once you confirm the order and your credit card details have been entered your payment will be processed using a secure Eway gateway and a receipt number will be issued to you.
Please keep the receipt number for your records
Incy Wincy provides a secure online shopping experience. Your details remain confidential. Incy Wincy does not hold any card details from online payments.
Incy Wincy accepts Visa, MasterCard & Diners for online transactions.

For offline ordering we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners or electronic funds transfer.
All orders will be sent once cheque is cleared, electronic funds received and credit card details processed. If you are paying by cheque please print the order form attach your cheque and post to Incy Wincy remembering to write your name and contact details on the back of the cheque.
Delivery
Incy wincy uses the services of Australia Post Express postage to send goods to anywhere in Australia.
If your order contains bulky items that exceed size limits set by Australia post we will use the services of an alternative transport carrier.
All orders will be processed by the following business day. Please note goods will not be dispatched on Public holidays.
We choose to send goods via Express service to get your parcel to you a quickly as possible whilst enabling the parcel to be tracked in the unforeseen circumstances that your parcel may not arrive. Depending upon where your parcel is been sent to you may receive the order within 1 business day to most metropolitan areas and within 2 business days to all other areas.
Incy Wincy will not take responsibility for items lost through the postal transport system. All efforts will be made to ensure the goods are packaged securely and arrive to you in the best possible condition.

Incy Wincy is happy to post goods to anywhere in the world by using the services of Australia Post air services.
Bulky items exceeding 20kgs can not be posted overseas using Australia post Air services.
If you would like to know the postage costs for a bulky item internationally we are happy to arrange an independent quote from a freight company. Please email us with your request stating the address where the item is to be sent and the item you have chosen.
Depending upon where you are ordering from please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of goods.
All charges for International postage are GST exempt

Incy Wincy endeavors to check the accuracy of information on this site. However, Incy Wincy can not guarantee that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information on this site may contain inaccuracies and typological errors.
Return Policy for online shopping
If you for some reason are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return the product to us in its original “new and unused” condition. Within 14 days of goods being dispatched. New and unused means, all original tags attached and items unworn and unsoiled. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.
Refunds
In the event that you wish to return an item for refund please email or contact us by phone to notify you are returning the item/s. Post the item back to us and we will refund you once we have received the goods in their original condition. You will be refunded by the same method which you paid. (Excluding the original shipping charges). We do not accept refunds on Sale discounted items unless the item is faulty. All postage costs for refunded items is at the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your goods for another product you must return the goods to us within 14 days of dispatch of goods. Simply contact us to notify you wish to exchange goods and nominate an alternative product and we will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once original goods are returned in original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached. All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep appropriate proof of postage otherwise if the return parcel goes missing we will deem you have not returned the product.
Damaged items
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit we can not accept responsibility for any goods damaged through Australia post. All complaints are to be forwarded direct to Australia post
Faulty products
If the product is faulty please contact us, we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Incy Wincy.
Promotions
Incy Wincy will have promotions from time to time. You must become a member of Incy Wincy in order to redeem a promotional offer.
All promotions will be issued with a promotional code that must be entered at the checkout in order for the promotion offer to be validated.
All promotions will have an expiry date and no extensions of promotional offers will be granted
Product colour discrepancies & portrayal
Every effort is made to portray items accurately.
Please be advised all computer screen colour setting vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor.
Incy wincy can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies we will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
To redeem a gift certificate
Instructions for redeeming a gift certificate can be found here. After you have redeemed your gift voucher, complete your order as usual. Your order will be paid for using some or all of your account credit, depending on the value of your order. If your order value exceeds your credit/voucher, the difference may be paid using any of the available methods.
In the event that there is money remaining on the gift certificate after a purchase is made, your account credit balance will be updated to reflect the remainder.

Gift Wrapping
A gift wrapping service is available to all customers free of charge. We beautifully wrap your gift in paper to complement your gift and tie with a fabric matching ribbon. If you have any special instructions feel free to add them to your order comments.
Gift Registry
Incy Wincy provides the services of a gift registry for baby showers, newborn babies, Children’s Birthdays, and gifts for new Mums and Dads.
How to set up a Gift Registry
Go to gift registry link on the home page. Complete your personal details and submit your application to setup a Registry.
After setting up your gift registry you can go ahead and add your selected items to your registry. The items will be saved in the registry list for family and friends to view. You will be allocated a gift registry reference number which you can pass onto family and friends so that they can view your registry online.
As part of the service, if you wish we can also send a memo via email to your nominated individuals to advise them of your gift registry reference number, and an explanation how they can shop using the gift registry.
The recipient of the goods will need to nominate a delivery address and delivery date for the items to be sent.
The gift registry service includes a free gift wrapping service.
Please note stock available at time of creating your Gift registry may change. We can not take responsibility for sold out goods that you may have placed on your Gift Registry.
