We are pleased to launch our new community pay it forward initiative where local businesses and groups can partner with us by purchasing a month’s worth of daily hot drinks at a discounted rate from us here at Incy Wincy.

In return we will compliment your pay it forward drinks to one of our customers each day for a month, and will provide your local business or group with a swag of $5 complimentary vouchers to gift to your customers and members! Way to go!

How it works for local businesses and groups:

1. Local businesses and groups purchase a month’s worth of daily hot drinks from us here on our website. The value covers hot drinks of any variety, any size, and with any milk choice. Most customers order large sized coffees, and 85% of our customers have dietary requirements. The value of this promotion provides these products at a discounted rate.

2. Your local business or group provides Incy Wincy with a high resolution digital copy of your logo and we will then print round stickers to be placed on each complimentary cup.

3. Then each day an Incy Wincy team member 'pays forward' the complimentary drink to a customer at random (one per day for a calendar month). The team member adheres the sticker onto the cup and explains to the customer that their drink is complimentary today thanks to [insert local business or group name]. The stickers can be placed on dine-in or takeaway orders.

4. Our team will hand complimentary drinks out to different customers across the month.

In return we will provide the following:

1. A great pay it forward and drink experience for your new potential customers – helping to strengthen community connections and the local economy.

2. A month’s worth of Incy Wincy $5 complimentary vouchers to hand out to your customers or members, either as prizes, with quotes/invoices/purchases, or to team members as rewards. These vouchers are redeemable on any of our menu items or in-store products.

3. Incy Wincy will provide the local business or group with a selection of images to choose from to be published on their social media channels within the month of the active promotion.

4. In return the local business or group can provide Incy Wincy with an image, copy and their social and website details for Incy Wincy to share out on its social media channels within the month of active promotion also.

Conditions:

1. Upon purchasing a month’s worth of pay it forward drinks the local business or group will be required to request their desired month for promotion. Up to four different local businesses or groups can engage with the pay it forward drinks at any one time using a ‘first come first served’ basis.

2. The Incy Wincy $5 complimentary vouchers are valid until one month after the month of promotion only. These cards must be handed out to different individuals across the month.

3. Incy Wincy have the right to decline and refund a pay it forward partner if we feel there is a conflict of interest with our company or if the local business or group doesn't align with our brand and ethos. This decision will be made at our discretion.

4. As this is a new system, these conditions and parameters are subject to change at any time.
